The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Operations Planning Processes & Systems, the Systems Analyst will produce a detailed analysis of workforce planning requirements and fulfillment center reports in a highly variable volume environment using operational research and statistical analysis skills.

Your Impact

Collect, access and manipulate data, develop/modify reports needed to satisfy initiatives through the use of internal applications and standard tools such as Excel, Access and other reporting tools/databases.

Effectively analyze and communicate results and trends. Contribute as a team member with experience in gathering and manipulating data.

Produce, validate and deliver accurate reports including standard departmental metrics, as well as ad hoc reports from verbal and written requests.

Work collaboratively, coordinating and directing necessary resources outside of department to work on projects.
What You Bring
-
BA/BS Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration
Or equivalent experience

Prior experience in Workforce Planning
-
Knowledge of Excel and Access, including ability to customize and create/edit SQL queries and build data models for analysis.
