Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the GCE Backend Sr. Manager, Systems Analyst role involves Responsible for administering and maintaining the organization´s information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for providing technical administrative and implementations support for Business applications and backend hardware and Windows operating systems.
• Ensuring ITIL practices are always followed diligently.
• Responsible to enforce IT Governance and best practices focus on the stability of the systems, architecting, design, installation, and setup of the IT infrastructure.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Advance English.
• Bachelor´s Degree Computer Systems or related.
• Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Project management.
• Experience with Server hardware administration.
• Knowledge in VMware & virtual solutions.
• Network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Nice to have: Skill Teamwork, leading projects, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, cloud knowledge AWS & Azure & VISA
