Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Scrum Master in one or more IT Shared Services projects. You will be taking care of smooth project execution in cooperation with ITSS management, project coordinators/managers, business stakeholders, development team and product owners. As a part of project team, You will participate in each state of SDLC process helping to achieve goals.
Main responsibilities:
- Acting as Scrum Master to multiple teams (1-2)
- Communication with all parties engaged in projects
- Taking care of BBH SDLC practices
- Issue tracking and escalation
- Promoting agile practices across teams
- Supporting production release activities
- Monitoring compliance with project management standards, policies and templates
- Methodology definition, process development and improvement
- Working with Jira and Confluence
- Information distribution, planning and facilitating meetings
Qualifications for the role would include:
- At least 1 year of work experience in Agile environment (preferably in finance, banking, project management area)
- Very good Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong team player
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both verbally and in writing
- Results orientation
- Operational excellence
- Works under time constraints
