System Engineer

Job Description:

As a System Engineer at, you will work to manage system requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems are compatible with the defined system architectures. You will analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware application and software integration. You will configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems to install and load operating systems software. You will also troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components. The System Engineer will implement operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and deploying effective solutions for client systems and networks.
• Conducting system analysis to identify and provide solutions for operational challenges.
• Building and maintaining databases and system management tools.
• Implementing security measures and conducting system audits to ensure compliance.
• Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for upgrades or downgrades.
• Providing technical support and training for system users.
• Documenting systems and databases, including user manuals and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI with FS polygraph
• BS in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management orrelated discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
• IAT I certification
• Experience analyzing user requirements, concept of operations documents and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Guides system development and implementation planning
• Excellent communication skills with other program personnel, government overseers and senior executives.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a security clearance if required.
