Your day looks like this:
- You provide technical support to Bicom Systems customers via e-mail and live chat;
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions;
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration;
- Ensure proper implementation in production environments;
- Perform remote installation on customer's hardware;
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of Linux OS and IP networks;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
This is how you stand out:
- Bachelor's degree in IT;
- Voice over IP;
- Certification in Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies.
