WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Perform server installations, upgrades, and patch management
• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including user account management, group policies, and security settings
• Implement and maintain security measures using various security tools to protect server environments, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
• Implement and maintain Quest software solutions for server management and optimization, enhancing operational efficiency
• Utilize Infoblox for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management to ensure robust network services
• Develop scripts in Splunk for streamlined monitoring of server performance and security events
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, enhance system management, and improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with Technology and Information Security teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users

WHAT’S REQUIRED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Windows server administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
• Experience with Quest products and their application in server environments
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell for automation and task management
• Familiarity with security tools and practices, as well as Splunk for monitoring
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

The annual base salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
