Job Description:
Cambria is looking for a skilled and motivated System Engineer with a focus on Slack and Atlassian operations to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering, configuring, and modifying collaboration and project management tools, specifically Slack and the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
This role is crucial in supporting our technology infrastructure and facilitating seamless organizational communication and project tracking. Roles & Responsibilities:
Atlassian Administration:

Manage and maintain Atlassian Jira and Confluence, including user account management, permissions, workflows, and configurations.

Provide end-user support and training for Jira and Confluence.

Troubleshoot application issues and implement solutions.

Stay current on Atlassian best practices and new features.
Slack Administration:
-
Manage and maintain Slack workspaces, including user account management, channel organization, and integrations.

Provide end-user support and training for Slack.
-
Troubleshoot Slack issues and implement solutions.
-
Ensure Slack security and compliance.
Collaboration and Communication:
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide appropriate application support.

Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders about application updates, changes, and issues.

Contribute to the development of application documentation and training materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Proven experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on Service Desk operations and support.

2+ years of experience in Slack administration.

Familiarity of ITIL principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Atlassian administration
Systems: Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Slack
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: No
Travel Requirements: May require travel to other local Cambria locations.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in prolonged standing and/or sitting positions.
