What to Expect?
Governance :
- Develop and implement automation (e.g. RPA) governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Understanding of Swift internal processes and is able to effectively collaborate with partners such as global security, tooling, platform teams to help realize the Enterprise Services Automation roadmaps.
- Act as a point of contact for governance-related queries and issues.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with Automation solution implementations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to governance standards.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of automation solutions.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to teams on automation governance practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
What will make you successful?
Experience
Technical Skills:
- Technically astute, with prior experience as a developer and/or administrator within the Microsoft Technology stack.
- Ability to design, develop, and manage Automation solutions (e.g. RPA)
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or UiPath is added advantage.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
