What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Bagsværd team in Digital, Data & IT Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (DDIT PS AM). You will support projects and activities related to systems in the production facilities, including infrastructure, user, data, and sample management. Your stakeholders will include Business Project Managers, Global IT functions, and members of ongoing projects and activities within AM BA.
Some of your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your understanding of the integration of production systems and developing and maintaining the architectural overview of systems covering production operations
  • Developing system architecture to ensure it meets technical and business requirements and ensures scalability, security, and reliability
  • Collaborating with the Scrum Master and business stakeholders to ensure IT systems align with business needs and that the architectural runway is continually being improved
  • Providing architectural overview and guidance to projects/activities and the IT Solution Managers
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance in various areas such as data, integrations, automation, and vendor management
  • Bringing a "Secure by Design" mindset to ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and in compliance with regulations, as well as identifying and mitigating technical and physical risks.


Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent) with 4+ years working in IT
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Solution or System Architect
  • Experience with integrations, automation, and/or systems enabling production operations
  • Strong vendor management skills. You should be confident and assertive in managing vendor relationships to challenge requirements and solutions while also being empathetic to the needs of our primary stakeholders
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English

About the department
You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of approximately 10 colleagues. The team is rapidly growing to stay aligned with our constantly developing surroundings. We are very diverse in terms of background, age, culture, knowledge etc. Physical presence in Bagsværd is required.
