Job Summary

We are seeking a System and Tool Administrator to design, implement, and manage the systems and tools that power MMM’s operational success. This role will focus on optimizing internal workflows, improving system functionality, and ensuring seamless integration across tools to support teams throughout the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a knack for creative problem-solving, and brings expertise in tools like HubSpot, Asana, and Zapier.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Manage the administration, configuration, and maintenance of tools like HubSpot, Asana, and other platforms, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Process Design & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop streamlined processes to enhance productivity.
  • Tool Integration: Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of tools to support collaboration, data flow, and operational efficiency.
  • System Optimization: Continuously review and refine system usage to improve performance and align with business goals.
  • User Support & Training: Provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to team members to maximize tool adoption and utilization.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to enhance workflows and tool functionality.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices for all tools and systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in system administration and process optimization, ideally with tools like Zendesk, Jira, Asana, and Zapier. Experience in Hubspot required. 
  • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of internal workflows and their impact on business operations.
  • Problem-Solving: A creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to work effectively across departments.
  • Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization is highly desirable.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year commensurate with experience. This is a salaried position with benefits such as PTO and Health Insurance (immediately) and 401k (after 1 year).
