Overview: As a Salesforce Administrator at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment  
  • Handle basic administrative functions including system updates, flows and other routine tasks within user management and user adoption post-system releases
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests to define and document internal releases and requirements
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization 
  • Work independently and collaboratively with members of the Litera community

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality of the latest releases.
  • Experience with user account maintenance, flows, and routine administrative tasks.
  • Proven ability to conduct system audits, particularly within profiles and permissions, and manage system upgrades.
  • Experience in data mapping, data feeds into Salesforce which can be done via integrations and data imports/exports.
  • General understanding of Apex and Custom Integrations, this is not a developer role.
  • Ability to evaluate, scope, and complete development requests independently and in a team.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting development requirements.
  • Strong communication skills for training new users and enhancing skill sets across the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and internal users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Confluence is a plus.
