About your team:
Interactive Brokers is seeking an experienced Procurement Systems Analyst to join the Procurement Strategy and Systems team, which is responsible for maintaining and analyzing the ongoing reliability, performance, management, and support of Source-to-Pay procurement systems. The Strategy and Systems team is responsible for developing and managing Source-to-Pay (S2P) policies, processes, systems, and reporting for the overall Procurement organization.
What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:
- Lead the design and implementation of procurement system enhancements and optimization initiatives
- Serve as the primary technical expert for procurement systems, providing escalation support and guidance to system end-users
- Drive continuous improvement of S2P processes through system automation and integration
- Develop and maintain system architecture documentation and integration mapping
- Partner with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement systems with enterprise architecture
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and training programs for system implementations.
Which skills are required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree a plus.
- Five years of experience maintaining system data, configuration, integrations, and analysis for SaaS/On-prem solutions with regular upgrades.
- Ten years of technical experience with procurement systems working with S2P technologies such as SAP/Ariba, Coupa, iValua, or GEP.
- Strong project management, business systems analysis, and reporting skills.
