Swift is looking for a diligent and meticulous Swift Messaging Requirements Analyst to join our Messaging Community. This position is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills and expertise in Swift who can effectively communicate and document requirements. As a Requirements Analyst, you will collaborate with senior product management to translate business needs into technical specifications and use cases. You will work closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and developers to ensure the smooth operation and ongoing improvement of our messaging services.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Requirements Analysis**: Engage with customers to capture, document, and validate requirements for new and existing Swift messaging solutions, ensuring alignment with both business needs and technical specifications.
  • **Documentation and Translation**: Develop clear and detailed documentation of messaging requirements, translating business needs into technical terms that development teams can complete.
  • **Partner Communication**: Serve as a liaison between business units, product management, and technical teams to ensure messaging requirements are well-understood, prioritized, and meet Swift standards.
  • **Testing and Validation**: Aid testing efforts by developing scenarios and test cases to validate messaging requirements, coordinating closely with quality assurance teams.

Education

  • Educational qualification: University degree

Experience

  • 3 years of proven experience in a financial operations, product or service development/project planning/management position.

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is $92,050.00 to $170,950.00 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance. Our generous benefits program includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance with no premium costs for our employees and their families, and retirement plan plus matching 401k.
