Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop moderately complex solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under limited supervision.

The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Develop moderately complex solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
- Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
- Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 2+ years of experience in engineering SWIFT technologies and infrastructure
- 2+ years of experience in engineering Linux and Unix Systems
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing specifically migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud environment
- Experience in other middleware / messaging products such as IBM MQ, SQS/SNS
- Experience in Python
- Exposure to working in agile framework
- Experience using SharePoint, Confluence
Skills
- Skilled in supporting SWIFT products (Alliance Cloud, Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform) and related components (HSM, Alliance Connect)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
- Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
Tools
- Skilled in SWIFT products and services
- Skilled in using UNIX
- Skilled in SQL
- Skilled in Excel
- Experience using APIs for developing or programming software
- Skilled in XML
- Skilled in using REST API
- Experience in Python object-oriented programming
- Experience using JIRA
