THE JOB 
Do you have a knack for rekindling client connections and transforming quiet accounts into thriving partnerships? Does the thrill of chasing new business light a fire in you? If so, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you! Kotis is on the lookout for an energetic and driven Account Executive to join our New Accounts team. Your mission? To breathe new life into past client relationships while also forging exciting partnerships with brand-new customers. It’s all about driving growth, creating connections, and making swag magic happen!
RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Reconnect with past customers to understand their needs, showcase new offerings, and develop strategies to re-engage and rebuild loyalty. Turn dormant accounts into active, long-term partners.
  • Identify and pursue new clients through research, networking, and outreach. Present creative swag solutions that align with their brand and showcase Kotis’s value. Orgs to contact will be based off Kotis provided lists.
  • Leverage leads and insights from internal teams like Sales Operations, Customer Success Managers, Creative Project Managers 
  • Effectively use provided lead generation tools and software
  • Utilize social and professional networking to generate prospects
  • Generate referral business from existing clients
  • Virtual and on-site prospect visits 
  • Actively manage and monitor your sales pipeline to consistently exceed KPIs 
  • Educate prospects on benefits Kotis offers and present solutions regarding our services and products

 
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2+ years business development experience
  • 2+ years’ experience using sales automation tools (ex. HubSpot, Outreach.io) 
  • Experience managing communication and pipelines through a CRM 
  • Very strong PC Skills (proficient in Microsoft Office programs) 
  • Some travel may be needed, approximately 5-10%

SALARY 
$80K annual base plus uncapped bonus potential. OTE potential $125,000-250,000+.
