Your role
Process design, lead and execution of specific lighthouses projects related to implementation of sustainability solutions for circularity and operations. In addition, design, lead and execution of projects related to sustainability regulatory compliance processes

Design, propose and implement downstream circularity techno-economical solutions related to the existing product portfolio and operations processes

Management of cooperation projects in the field of medical product waste recycling

Management of sustainability projects at the interface with customers
-
Identification of potentials for improvement of sustainability of products while keeping its functionality

Identification of environmental impact reduction potential at operations and lead of selected projects

Design and management of processes aiming at data collection and elaboration for sustainability regulatory compliance
Your profile
-
Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, chemical, etc.) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, environmental sciences, etc.). Alternatively, bachelor’s degree in similar subjects with additional R&D working experience

Practical R&D experience related to medical technology products and services. First experience in product development for sustainability of advantage as well as minimum of 2 years’ experience including R&D project management responsibility role

Ability to interpret and analyze technical design information and technical parameters related to main polymers and alloys processing (e.g. injection molding, extrusion, compounding, thermoforming, addictive manufacturing, milling)

Analytical and communication skills with a high degree of responsibility, commitment, and attention to details

Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships

Self-driven, motivated , organized and teamplayer as well as passionate and Enthusiasm for sustainability aspects

Business fluent command of spoken and written English and German with excellent communication skills as well as the willingness to travel
