We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead our Organ Health Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, mentoring team members, and implementing effective sales strategies to enhance patient experience and company revenue.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Supervise and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members and monitor their performance.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to review progress, share updates, and address challenges.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages motivation and accountability.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure adherence to sales scripts, processes, and best practices.
  • Participate in the hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting

Customer Engagement

  • Support team members in handling escalated customer inquiries or issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Review customer feedback and identify trends to improve the sales process and customer experience.
  • Work with our Quality Analysts to review calls with patients to ensure the team is following all processes and procedures. 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing a team with a consistent ability to exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Call center experience in an inbound/outbound environment.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • 2+ years of direct sales management preferred.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent highly preferred.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
