What your impact will be:
- Provide leadership, direction, and vision to the Support Services team.
- Serve as the first stop for any support-related questions from the team.
- Accountable for the team's delivery of timely and accurate solutions to customers, including onboarding and training.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve process documentation for the support team.
- Assist in troubleshooting support and implementation issues when appropriate.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support role.
- Proven experience training new members of the Support Services team.
- Experience responding to a high volume of support tickets to resolve immediate customer issues.
- Experience gathering important customer feedback.
- Ability to travel when required to client site.
