Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- First point of contact for sales entities worldwide regarding product data quality issues;
- Collaborate with team members and further colleagues internationally to ensure comprehensive support;
- Document interactions with sales entities and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions;
- Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to improve self-service options;
- Develop and coordinate optimizations in data, process, and tool quality, together with all stakeholders;
- Conduct trainings of our tool-suite;
- Proactive and systematic data cleansing activities related with our products;
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Academic background in a relevant field;
- Experience and Knowledge: experience in support or service area helpful; experience in the area of product information or media asset management advantageous; proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools) is desirable;
- Personality: good communication skills in an international environment, willingness to accept responsibility and ownership of a task;
- Working Style: structured working method, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail; ability to self-organize;
- Enthusiasm: enjoyment of new challenges, international cooperation;
- Languages: excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of Portuguese.
