As a Support Coordinator you will share in our values such as Customer Always and Everyone Matters, providing our participants with ready access to supports so that they can live independently and achieve their goals. There is no typical day in the life of a Support Coordinator, you may be involved in setting up NDIS supports, preparing reports, conducting risk assessments, attending care team meetings and critically, providing support should issues arise.
You will have the freedom to plan your day, with a focus of providing support to your customers.
We will set you up for success with specialised training, regular coaching sessions, and an experienced team who will support you along the way.
What you will bring to the role:
- You will be empathetic, resilient, have great time management skills and want to work in a people-focused culture.
- A track record of success meeting productivity and activity targets
- Proven experience in Portfolio and Stakeholder Management
- A strong work ethic and resilience
- A current and valid Australian driver’s license and well-maintained vehicle that meets current safety standards with fully comprehensive car insurance
- NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People check as per State/Territory legislation will also be required.
