Summary of the post:The role provides comprehensive support to senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination of their professional activities. This position will involve managing schedules, organizing key meetings and events, facilitating corporate communication, and overseeing administrative processes.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and manage the agendas of multiple executives, scheduling meetings, reservations and external visits.
- Organizes and oversees all aspects of executive travel, ensuring smooths logistics.
- Process and reconcile expenses using the company’s corporate tools.
- Drafts reports, presentations and corporate materials, providing high-level administrative support.
- Assist in the preparation of Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including documentation and logistics.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events for clients and employees, ensuring successful implementation.
Profile & Skills:
- Degree in Executive Administration, Business Support, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, French and Spanish (C1 level required). Knowledge of Arabic and Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate administrative tools.
