Your Team's Impact
Join our innovative Support Analyst team focused on Portfolio Management systems, where you’ll play a crucial role in efficiently managing onboarding projects for hedge funds and asset managers. You'll also engage in vital communication with external brokers to facilitate seamless trade execution. What You'll Do

Technical Support: Provide first and second-level technical support for PMS users, addressing queries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to implementation and development teams as needed.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to trading, trade lifecycle, profit and loss and reporting functions within the PMS.

Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support, and ensuring client satisfaction with the PMS.

System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining system documentation, performing routine checks, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with QA and development teams to identify and report system bugs and provide feedback on new features.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Maths or a related field.

Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar support role within the financial services industry.
Desired Skills

Strong technical skills, with experience in Python and familiarity with AWS an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Experience with Zendesk is desirable.

Knowledge of financial markets and portfolio management concepts is advantageous.
