Tasks:
- Planning and execution of order volumes from international suppliers for the European central warehouse as well as direct shipments to individual European commercial entities, by considering the current stock situation and future demand.
- Independent implementation of volume prioritization and regular coordination with the individual suppliers
- Identification and analysis of demand changes and their impact on supply performance and
- Identification and analysis of demand changes and their impact on supply performance and inventory
- Support projects and process improvements within the supply planning area
- Work and support continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Experience in supply planning, production planning, capacity planning, distribution planning or inventory management
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in a supply chain area
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Very good knowledge of MRP logic (material replenishment planning) in an ERP System
- Experience in dealing and communication with international suppliers and interfaces
- Ability to work in international teams (internally as well as with customers and suppliers)
- Ability to work with complex supply and production environments and requirements
