The Supply Operations Quality Specialist at Pfizer will establish a Product Quality System, manage Change Control assessments, investigate Quality Assurance deviations, ensure compliance with regulations, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while working collaboratively within the team and with external contractors.

What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

  • Establish and maintain an appropriate and sustainable Product Quality System and Quality Culture within Pfizer and any contractor related to the Good Distributions Practices (GDP) activities.
  • Contribute to moderately complex projects, managing time effectively and developing short-term work plans.
  • Independently assess Change Control activities for potential Quality and Operational Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) impacts.
  • Investigate and document Quality Assurance deviations, Quality complaints, escalating issues to the Quality Assurance Lead as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Pfizer and Regulatory authority expectations and protection of Pfizer patients/customers form any product quality risk.
  • Participate in monitoring Key Indicators Performance (KPIs), highlighting any significant trends and identifying improvement opportunities


Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Education in Science (Master of Science, M.Sc.) or equivalent in scientific disciplines
  • Solid understanding of current Good Distribution Practices and relevant GxP regulations and standards
  • Strong critical thinking skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively within own team and interdepartmental teams
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, effective communication skills
  • Czech native speaker, fluent in English

  • Experience in quality management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation


Work Location Assignment: Hybrid (50/50% HO / Prague office).
