Job Title: Supply Lead - Foquest

Reports To (Title): Director of Operational Support
Job Purpose
This is a fixed term role to Lead the Foquest Supply stream process aligned with market forecast, ensuring product supplied within lead-time to maximise remaining shelf-life, and deliver the site objective of zero Out of Stocks for Foquest supply
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the Foquest Supply stream to ensure delivery of product as required. Maintain oversite of the End-2-End process, from API procurement to finished goods shipments, tracking all orders throughout the process.
Provide regular communication to the Bard LT / TOQLT on supply status, risks.
2 Set up and manage suppliers to provide a multi-node supply of beads to Bard to support demand requirements. Support validation activities to enable compliance of all supply nodes.
3 Liaise with Bard planning to manage capacity requirements for encapsulation / packaging. Manage supply of API / materials / commodities in conjunction with Bard planning team
4 Align import / export and re-export process for US supplied Beads into Bard for processing. Ensure alignment of import / export requirements for shipments to Canada. Liaise with Canada to manage stock on hand, inventory requirements and in-market warehouse capacity
5 Manage any change to the supply chain process for Foquest supply, to ensure no customer impact. Carry out continuous review of processes to identify and mitigate risk, and to improve and optimise the Value Stream
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Degree level
Certifications or Designations: APICS, IOSCM or similar in plant / supply chain planning
Experience: Significant experience in planning within pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; ability to question the existing and go beyond the obvious; attention to details while seeing the larger picture.
- high computer proficiency, especially with spreadsheets as well as data analysis.
- Good communication and presentation skills (both written and oral) for interacting with stakeholders.
- Capacity at navigating easily within a complex, evolving, cross-functional, and demanding environment.

- Operations teams (across site): Daily reviews, monthly capacity plan.
- Suppliers: Weekly communications
- MMCL Supply Chain: Monthly supplier relationship (S&OP) meetings
- Bard LT: Monthly update
