Job Description
We are looking for a Supply Execution Coordinator to ensure a competitive, flexible and reliable supply chain, in which supply is delivered complete and on time.
What will you be doing?
You are the ‘voice of the project’ within the Supply Chain Organization. You manage a broad range of stakeholders and balance the needs and demands of the project to constraints of the supply chain. You work in close cooperation with the Project Manager, Project Planner, Project Material Planner, Project Manager Supply and Physical distribution for progress monitoring and trouble shooting.
You’ll be supporting customer projects by supporting supply chain solutions that not only meet your stakeholders needs but also help bring about positive and structural change to the overall supply chain. The Supply Execution Coordinator reports to the Manager Supply to Projects EU.
Responsibilities
- Support in setting-up the SC Plan
- Guide execution of the Supply phase
- Be the first point of contact for all supply related issues for the project
- Pro-actively inform project on potential delays and risks
- Stakeholder and escalation management
- Measure performance and report out on progress made against targets set
- Facilitate continuous improvement
What do we ask from you?
For this position, we require:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain related field of study
- Work experience (min. 2+ years) in preferably a high -tech environment
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Supply Chain, Project Management and/or international work experience are a plus
- Drive to win, result and goal oriented with a hands-on mentality

The Global Supply Chain organization plays a key role in the world-wide deliveries of products and services to Vanderlande solutions and consist of 3 Supply Chain Centers (SCC) in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. The Supply Execution Coordinator EU is part of SCC Europe – Supply Chain Operation EU – Supply to Projects team and is responsible for coordinating Vanderlande projects within the Supply Chain Center Europe.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4.000 to €5.500 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
