As the Supplier Engagement Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our business communication and engagement with our Supplier partners. It is an exciting time to join us as we embark on business wide transformation and growth plans, and bringing our suppliers on that journey with us, will be critical to our success.
This high-profile role will see you operate across all levels of the business and work closely with the leadership team in Commercial, and cross functionally, to help us build and develop great relationships with our suppliers, and support in our delivery of transformational change in the process. You will play a key role in implementing Asda's communication strategy with our suppliers, and support on all communication to them, on behalf of Asda.

- Implement our Supplier communication and engagement plans, being the point of contact for Supplier communication and engagement in the business, on a day-to-day basis.
- Work with the Supplier Engagement manager and cross-functional leads on the delivery of Supplier events and conferences.
- Manage the content of the Asda Supplier Website / Portal, uploading event details, training modules and documents.
- Support the annual supplier listening ‘Advantage' survey for Asda, working with the Supplier Engagement Manager on approach and the cascade plans, supporting workshop delivery.
- Maintenance and development of the supplier contact database, working towards one central list for the full business. Ensuring we are communicating the right messages to the right contacts.
- Work cross functionally to ensure all of our supplier facing communications are clear, consistent and aligned.
- Support the Supplier Engagement Manager to deliver end-to-end supplier support from onboarding and start up training to query management and supplier development.

- An experienced co-ordinator with an eye for detail and ability to learn fast and problem solve.
- Ability to establish and build strong networks/relationships with stakeholders from across the business.
- An excellent communicator - able to create and present information in a clear and engaging way, tailored to the needs of the individual audience, and have very strong written / presentational, and verbal communication.
- Resilient and agile with the ability to flex priorities to meet the changing needs of the Commercial agenda, and broader business.
- Be highly organised, and be able to prioritise effectively, and manage and complete work plans and projects effectively, within defined time scales.
- Passionate, innovative, and suited to working in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.
