Indorama Ventures- Indovinya is currently looking for a Supply Chain Terminal and Tolling Planner to join our Supply Chain Team in The Woodlands, TX.   Your primary responsibilities will include to lead Indovinya Category Management team in delivering high-value, best-in-class category strategies to deliver Total Procurement Value (TPV) targets. Ensure world-class processes and tools are in place and effectively utilized to deliver best business outcomes.

What will be expected from you?

The Supply Chain Terminal and Tolling Planner will oversee the end-to-end planning of terminal and tolling operations. This role ensures effective coordination between internal teams, third-party tolling providers, and terminal operations.

Skills: 

  • Conduct capacity and resource planning for third-party tolling and terminal operations to address supply/demand imbalances.
  • Work cross-functionally with production, logistics, and customer service teams to align goals and streamline processes.
  • Ensure third-party tolling and terminal partners adhere to regulatory standards and quality expectations.
  • Utilize Oracle and SAP tools to analyze key supply chain data, generating actionable insights.
  • Monitor terminal and tolling inventories, minimizing excess and preventing shortages.
  • Develop and maintain production and distribution plans using SAP and Oracle systems.
  • Collaborate within the S&OP process to align tolling and terminal planning with demand forecasts.
  • Manage master production schedules, ensuring alignment with contract manufacturing timelines.

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and/or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS a plus.
  • 3-5 years of related Supply Chain experience.
  • Planning experience in the chemical industry with batch and/or continuous production.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with planning tools such as IBP or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP/Oracle ERP systems and supply chain planning software.
