A Snapshot 

As the Supply Chain Program Manager, reporting to the Associate Director Supply Chain, you will work closely with the Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) team, making your mark in a number of ways: 

  • Support the Associate Director Supply Chain to drive the Supply Chain team’s strategy roadmap, including long term objectives and resource planning 
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to align with business objectives to deliver the highest safety, quality, time and cost-effective solutions across new and existing regions
  • Collaborate with internal teams across APJ to anticipate regional business needs, allowing the supply chain function to respond effectively
  • Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives to optimise collaboration between SC&P, Customer Success, Design, Product Development, Operations, and Finance
  • Support the delivery of Supply Chain Programs including Materials Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Risk Management  

Your Day to Day 

  • Identifying current pain points and opportunities across the IBP value chain
  • Developing and leading cross functional teams to resolve complex issues and remove inefficiencies  
  • Align with other internal teams to develop cross functional goals to drive improvement of supply chain planning and execution
  • Program management of strategic initiatives involving collaboration and alignment across multiple internal teams
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and influencing to achieve desired outcomes
  • Identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities across SC&P programs
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of tools, systems, and processes to drive the materials management of data center equipment procured through hybrid procurement models.  
  • Program management of the technology roadmap to optimise IBP across the organisation  

Requirements 

  • 10+ years working experience in supply chain and/or procurement roles
  • BA degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in relevant industry
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills including presenting to executives
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to leverage data to drive informed decision making
  • Highly analytical, strong abstract and numerical reasoning skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
