Supply Chain Manager

Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia supporting Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) efforts to implement the architecture, required services, and facilitate adoption of Army Cloud (cARMY) services. The program provides Information Technology services and technical subject matter expertise (SME) to support overall strategy and migration to cARMY environment that currently includes Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds at IL 2, 4, 5 and 6.
The successful candidate maintains accountability for all Government Property assigned, regularly reporting status and hand-receipts to the local Government Property Administrator (PA). Manages hardware/software maintenance support, licensing agreements, terms of service, maintenance agreements. Supports maintenance and employment of cloud asset and data tagging schema.
Develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of business growth. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, and new product launches. Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+years working experience, may substitute experience for education such as High School graduate with 10+ years of experience; candidates with Armed Forces courses, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply
• DoDM 8140.03 (former DoD 8570.01-M) Intermediate (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced) qualification (e.g. Security+ CA) within 6 months of starting position
• Must be located within 75 miles of ECMA at Ft. Belvoir, VA.
• DoDM 8140.03 (former DoD 8570.01-M) foundational qualification option at a basic level within 9 months of starting position.
• Must be located within 75 miles of ECMA at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• ITILv4 Foundation
• Project Management Institute (PMI)-ACP Cert or comparable Agile certification

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
