Supply Chain Manager, Warehousing & Logistics
Adyen's In-Person Payments solution combines our physical payment devices with our core processing platform. Supply Chain empowers customers to process seamlessly by delivering fully functioning hardware (payment terminals, cards and related accessories) while unlocking value through metrics and insights to enhance and streamline operations.
We are seeking a hands-on, fast-learning Supply Chain Manager to join our Warehousing & Logistics Americas team. In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, our team embraces exciting opportunities and tackles critical business challenges that drive our success.
This team manages Adyen’s payment terminal operations by overseeing third-party warehouse and logistics activities across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Responsibilities include warehouse receiving, handling, storing, production, picking, and packing processes, ensuring quality and PCI compliance. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will drive strategic warehouse management and oversee the relationship and performance of our 3PL partners.
What you'll do
We operate in a high-growth environment that demands continuous optimization and improvement. With many opportunities for enhancement, we expect you to take initiative. Your main responsibility is to
- Manage the relationship and performance of regional 3PL partners, including hosting QBRs, monitoring SLAs, and resolving escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Product, Development, Procurement and others) to ensure smooth operations and efficient goods flow.
- Manage our warehouse footprint for considering scalability and growth strategies
- Lead and implement process improvements, partner integrations, and system upgrades.
- Establish and monitor supplier performance metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze and resolve inefficiencies in supply chain processes with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop performance reports to support decision-making (e.g., lead-time KPIs, Perfect Order Rate, Inventory turnover).
- Align with global teams to ensure adherence to standards while addressing local requirements.
Who you are
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, with expertise in warehousing and operations management.
- Hands-on and adaptable to managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong self-starter and problem-solver with the ability to create and execute actionable plans.
- Collaborative communicator who aligns with diverse internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and KPIs monitoring.
- Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about leveraging modern technology in supply chain operations.
- Organized, pragmatic, and resourceful with project management capabilities.
- Possess a global mindset, comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
