All about the role: As a Customer Order Processing and Load Planning Specialist, you will manage the BSTO process of deploying finished goods to meet Regional Distribution Center (RDC) stocking targets by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU). You will ensure timely processing and shipment of deployment orders, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with various departments to optimize operations.
Where you’ll be: You will be based in Kinston, NC.
What you’ll do:
- Process deployment orders ensuring that they ship on time to deliver in less time.
- Maintain deployment orders in SAP and WMS and daily logs for follow-up.
- Coordinate with Charlotte RDC advocates for metrics.
- Build purchase orders in AS400 utilizing the Purchase Pricing Request Form (PPRF). This will be coordinated with Purchasing, Accounting, and Materials.
- Perform monthly validation of data from Sweden in SharePoint and work with Vendor Master as needed.
- Validate orders started and attached to a job each morning in DOME (Apriso). Enter orders in Mapics for daily work and ensure an order is assigned to each machine in Fab, Plastics, and Rack departments.
- Track re-boxed/scrap/repair units and update KPIs daily, including 5S audits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in a related business field
- Proficient in SAP; AS400 is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, fill function, analyzing data); experience using all MS Office programs.
- Must be able to accurately enter data, proofread, list comparisons, and conduct inventory audits.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate a computer keyboard and telephone. The employee will sit for the majority of the workday and will walk through the plant to the shipping area. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
