Role Summary
Vacation® is seeking an ambitious Supply Chain Coordinator who will manage supply chain purchasing and key delivery coordination. Key tasks include maintaining Bill of Materials (BOMs), Purchase Order (PO) generation, supporting inbound logistics, and conducting inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy. This role reports directly to the Sr. Operations Manager, and is ideally located in EST.
Your Role
- Create and send POs to vendors/suppliers
- Maintain accurate daily review of open PO arrival dates for all componentry and finished goods, both within the ERP system as well as cross-departmental reporting documents
- Process virtual receipts and transfer inventory to the correct virtual locations & assembly builds in the ERP system to accurately capture material usage
- Assist in generating & organizing master data (e.g., UPCs, SKUs, part numbers, etc) as well as on-going data entry and management within the ERP system to ensure accurate BOMs for all products
- Assist in reviewing and processing vendor/supplier invoices within the ERP system, escalating all discrepancies as needed
- Support inbound logistics by sourcing multi-modal inbound shipping quotes, and by providing tracking, BOLs and packing lists to vendors for all incoming deliveries
- Perform weekly/monthly inventory reconciliations as required, to ensure system accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain purchasing, invoicing, and ERP administration within a CPG environment
- Experience working as a part of a fully remote team
- Process-oriented, with a passion for data integrity
- Experience working within Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience working within Cin7 or a similar ERP system
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented in your work
- Assertive in your communication style
- Excited to grow Vacation® into a household name and have fun in the process
