Job Summary
In this role, the Supply Chain Assistant will be the primary person responsible for all site Raw Material Receiving into SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Raw Material Receiving:
-
Input all receipts into SAP (MIGO)
-
Correspond with Production, Raw Material Planning, Material Handling, Quality, Vendors, management, and auditors surrounding various issues with raw material receipts.

Troubleshoot issues and maintain master data as needed

Maintain documentation/records per retention requirements and participate in site audits
Vendor Invoice Receiving:

Point of contact for vendors for payment
-
Receive vendor invoices in SAP. Troubleshoot and communicate vendor payment issues

Communicate with management and raise concerns for noticeable issues
AP Interface:
-
Develop personal relationship with AP employees for quick resolution of issues
-
Proficiency in IFF Systems for AP in order to help resolve issues
-
Interface with vendors over payment issues
-
Work with management to develop budgets and expense expectations
Requirements:
Essential:
-
Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration or Supply Chain major preferred
-
1-2 years of corporate experience, preferably in operations and accounts payable interfaces
-
Transport logistics knowledge
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
-
Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems
-
Proficient in Microsoft office products, with advanced skills in Excel
Preferred:

Knowledge of SAP
-
Experience in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry and /or Fragrance Compounding
-
Worked in a global environment
-
Knowledge of a second language
