Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for coordinating transactional level and day to day supply chain activities within Fresenius Kabi and with third party logistic partners. In addition, the position will need to analyze data, evaluate processes and provide Fresenius Kabi management the information necessary to effectively manage the US Medical Device Finished Goods supply chain network from supplier through to customer.
Required to be onsite in Lake Zurich, IL 3 days per week
• Salary Range: $73,700 - $80,000

Responsibilities
- Coordinate transactional level, day to day supply chain activities internally within Fresenius Kabi and with various suppliers related to USA MU Finished Goods distribution.
- Analyze distribution centers and suppliers (including 3rd party transportation company) service levels, inventory control accuracy, adherence to existing quality processes, schedules, rates, etc. in order to verify compliance to expected targets. Communicate and implement changes and improvements as needed to maximize supplier performance and meeting customer service expectations.
- Monitor key performance metrics (supplier KPIs and FK internal) and implement correction actions to resolve performance deficiencies.
- Develop, implement, and use reporting tools to monitor and maintain appropriate inventory stocking levels to support US Marketing Unit objectives.
- Provide detailed financial and operation reports and analysis of transportation, warehousing and special project costs
- Collaborate with other Fresenius Kabi functional areas (ex. order management, sales & marketing, product managers, manufacturing,) suppliers, distribution centers and third party logistics in support of strategic initiatives both within the supply chain organization and across the business units.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 3-5 years of relevant, related Supply Chain experience required
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in logistics and warehousing
• Experience with Lean 6 Sigma principles preferred
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment
• Good PC skills (MS Office); SAP a plus
