As a Supplier Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our technology partners and suppliers deliver outstanding performance. You will oversee support, maintenance, and SaaS solutions while collaborating closely with our tech business units, platforms, and enterprise functions.

What You’ll Do

• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Implement and oversee corporate SRM strategies while ensuring alignment with tech governance frameworks.
• Performance Monitoring & Management: Track, report, and manage supplier performance to maintain high service standards.
• Technology Business Partnering: Drive the successful delivery of our tech business partnering model.
• Contract & Sourcing Strategy: Develop and maintain contract roadmaps, including sourcing strategies for business units, platforms, and enabling capabilities.
• Procurement Activities: Manage procurement processes for projects up to £250k, ensuring compliance with corporate procurement policies.
• Cost Management: Monitor and forecast supplier spend while identifying cost reduction opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business units, platform leads, procurement, and legal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in managing strategic and critical suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of contract management lifecycle, including tender processes and legal transitions.
• Experience in line management with a passion for developing talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial oversight abilities.
• A logical, methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• A solid understanding of technology and IT services.
