Key Responsibilities
In-depth knowledge in electrochemistry including anodization and electropolishing or vacuum coating process for semiconductor chamber components. Experience and knowledge in material characteristics with their electrochemical reaction and the final surface/film properties. Experience and knowledge in various ceramic coating processes for semiconductor chamber components, such as CVD, PVD, etc Expertise in micro-contamination control in trace metal, particles, organic contamination. Strong project management skills to accomplish multiple projects simultaneously. Evaluates technical requirements of new and existing products. Applies knowledge of qualified sources and products to recommend materials to Design Engineering, which would result in savings, lead time reductions, system improvements, increased life and/or mitigated risk. Work with New Product Development teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to supporting suppliers. Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology. Performing the supplier technical audit process and evaluating supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier. Performing quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and corrective action. Support product development and improvement teams by sourcing new technologies from qualified suppliers.

Fabrication and manufacturing of semiconductor components made of various metal or ceramic materials. Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function Material analysis and characterization as well as analytical skills Failure analysis for anodized and/or electropolished surface

U.S. Salary Range:
$140,000.00 - $192,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
