The Position
As a Supplier Enablement Specialist your main responsibility is creating higher supply chain value generation by maximizing the procurement digitization potential of the key Roche global suppliers over the GEP network. You are responsible for coordinating the deployment, monitoring and maintenance and issue resolution of these integrations by acting as a first point of contact towards these vendors across the regions.
Also contribute actively to daily work coordination in line with leadership guidance and continuously improve the performance of Roche-RSS.
The role will be a direct contract under Roche (Renewable or Convertible)
Essential Responsibilities:
Stakeholder management:

Coordinate and secure in-time integration of the targeted suppliers working closely with the deployment project team, integration parties (Supplier/GEP)and related Support organizations

Coordinate the deployments, hypercare, issue resolutions of the is scope integrated suppliers
-
Acting as SPOC (first point of contact) for responsible vendors in regards to integration issue; manage their resolution collaborating with GEP and Roche internal Support Organizations

Align, collaborate and coordinate MyBuy and Nexxe (iCollab) common supplier integrations
-
Manage communication towards top vendors together with the Adoption/Communication team respectively SE Communication
-
Provide visibility to Global SE Lead and Deployment Lead(s) on integration and operation status of the global suppliers

Working together with Supplier Enablement teams across regions
-
Support SE Global Lead in different strategic and continuous improvement initiatives
Service Delivery:
-
Manage best practice sharing and issue resolution with business support teams.

Support project work with, for example but not limited to data collection, testing, participating in workshops.

Coordinate activity transfers and system implementation.
-
Daily coordination of processes in the relevant area.
-
End to end management payments: including but not limited to general issue resolution and resolution of unsuccessful payments, prevention of duplicate payments, IDOC management

Handling vendor and internal business inquiries

Reporting activities according to SOPs and additional country specific reporting needs both in an ad hoc and schedules way

Proactively manage knowledge retention in the area: creating and update process documentation and supporting materials. Deliver training and mentoring for the team members aligned with line manager

Contribute in internal and external audit activities, is aware and act fully according to ICFR and audit requirements

Proactively manage operations with a mindset to improve processes, leverage best practices and to foster stakeholder partnership
Technical Expertise

Working together with GBMP and SE Global Lead in process and operations continuous improvements regarding integrated global vendors (monitoring, issue handling, day to day activities, enhancements both on I2P and R2R areas)

Acting as regional first point of contact related system related changes, enhancement topics which impacts SE (Supplier Enablement) Operations

Coach and coordinate supplier or system integration related changes at global- level

Working with different systems/processes to ensure global overview in regards to e-invoicing (MyBuy, Ariba, Fieldglass, Icollab, Candex)

Collaborate with different Roche support, process and business owners to resolve critical supplier enablement issues (cross operational and organizational)

Provide trainings to global suppliers in regards to e-invoicing tool usage

Proactively working to prevent technical issues with supplier system integrations
-
Supporting deployment activities (technical setup, testing, support parallel system running for top global vendors, notification management towards the vendors, organizing webcasts, etc.)

Requirement:

Possess a University or College Degree;

Invoicing/Purchasing tool experience is a must

Analytical capability, good IT skills, good excel knowledge, excellent SAP skills
