Signify Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor in Training and Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Clinician Support training programs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enhancing the skill set of the Clinician Support team. This role requires strong leadership abilities,excellent communication skills, and dedication to continuous improvement.

The Clinician Support team serves as the primary resource for resolving service delivery challenges, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for both members and clinicians. 

About the Role: 

The Training and QA Supervisor plays a key role in enhancing the skill set of our coordinators while ensuring that the services provided meet quality standards and enhance clinician and member satisfaction. This position requires a commitment to quality and the ability to foster a continuous learning and development culture.


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of trainers and quality assurance specialist

  • Set performance standards and conduct regular audits to ensure standards are being met

  • Design, implement, and evaluate training and quality assurance programs based on organizational needs

  • Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible, which involves creating, reviewing, updating, and distributing them. 

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for new hires and existing employee development

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Work closely with various departments to identify training needs

  • Facilitate communication between leadership, employees, and other departments to ensure alignment on training and quality assurance expectations

  • Act as a liaison between Clinician Support and other departments


Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years professional experience with 3+ years of quality and training experience, preferably within a Healthcare Organization or Operations function 

  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and quality assurance practices.

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proven track record of timely and accurately completing assigned tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced skills in MS Office or Google Suite; specifically MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Adept with technology.

  • Advanced skills in Salesforce and Five9

  • Ability to travel up to 10% (if not located in the DFW Metro)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
