Job Description:
Responsible for supporting the production operations by coordinating various aspects of the production process, ensuring all marketing materials are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Primary Accountabilities:
Production Coordination: Assist in the coordination of marketing campaign production, including gathering assets, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables across multiple channels (print, digital, broadcast, social media).
Vendor Management: Support the management of relationships with external vendors, including communicating project requirements, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before final approval.
Project Tracking: Maintain detailed records of project status, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to the production operations team and other stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the production operations team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing communications.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140- $125,130 per year

Qualifications:
Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


Professional Experience

  • Proven experience in production operations in a marketing or advertising environment
  • Familiarity with marketing production processes and project management


Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management tools/software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
