Supervise day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Centre team. You’ll build and maintain internal relationships to ensure smooth interactions with customers and partners.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure lending and loan documentation is completed accurately Coach colleagues on processing complex loans
- Implement process improvements and make sure policies are followed
- Lead the team by managing workload, objectives, and performance
- Execute project and change management plans
- Guide the development of committed partnerships
What we’re looking for:

- Solid organizational and time management skills

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration with at least three years of experience, or a certificate in business administration with at least five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Solid understanding of lending and loan administration
