The Production Supervisor most be able to control daily results of all the process. Also needs to have a great safety feeling to care of his team and needs to be responsible, dynamic, analyst and passionate for the production results.
Role Responsibilities:
- Necessary experience controlling groups of 20 or 30 operators.
- Necessary experience analyzing production data like PPH, Job rate, worked hours.
- Availability to role in different shifts.
- Present data results from daily production.
- It’s a plus to know the core tools.
- Problems solving with statistical and logical analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Industrial / Mechanical /Maintenance engineer
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- It´s a plus experience in stamping process
- Office / Oracle
- Experience in ISO 14000 / IATF
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nice to have skills in TRESS SUPERVISORES software
- Nice to know how to use measuring tools
