Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage human resources and the team of one or more shifts for one or more production lines in accordance with procedures and standards.
- Ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing operation promoting a lean manufacturing culture, teamwork and continuous improvement to meet daily goals, monthly and annual safety, deliveries and cost.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, chemical or related engineering.
- 3 to 5 years as production supervisor
- Language English Intermediate
- Knowledge of industrial safety tools and standards.
- Knowledge of personnel incident control (ERP personnel administration).
- Lean manufacturing: 5S, knowledge and shedding of seedling, GEMBA, Scaling process, Kaisen
- Continuous improvement tools.
- Tools for production control and measurement (OEE, hour per hour, andon system).
- Experience using problem solving tools, A3, Ishikawa, why-why, etc
- Knowledge and management of standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
- Management of KPIs in the area, production control, scrap, WIP control
- Knowledge of tools for quality management. Scrap, PPM,
