The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Product Cardholder Servicing Platform Intern who will support the Product Owner in refining the product backlog and relaying business requirements, expertise, and prioritization to enable software teams’ delivery of product features. This role supports the Product Owner in effectively communicating the product vision and clarifying scope and requirements. By using an Agile approach, the intern will ensure user needs and feedback are understood and addressed and will conduct research to support product requirements and stay up to date on industry trends. The intern will work with product owners and product managers, software developers, quality assurance analysts, business systems analysts, and stakeholders. The intern will gain practical experience in product management and delivery in a leading fintech organization and will contribute to development of impactful servicing platform for our customers.

Day in the Life:

  • Liaison between product and technology teams.

  • Supporting active development and implementation of product roadmap.

  • Research, analysis, and reporting on market trends, customer needs, and application to current process and product roadmap.

  • Promote continuous improvement.

  • Assist Product Owner with communications to product team, development team, strategic partners, stakeholders.

  • Documenting stakeholder stories and feedback.

  • Share insights and feedback to improve product functionality, performance, and user satisfaction.

  • Develop technical expertise.

  • Assist product team in special project research.

  • Optimize reporting processes to demonstrate delivery progress and status.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation in product offerings.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education in Business Management, Technology, or related fields.

  • Passion for optimizing customer experience through thoughtful application of technology in service delivery.

  • Commitment to improving user experience.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
