STV is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Information Technology Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work alongside our experienced team, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects. This hybrid position requires at least 3 days a week in the office. Preference will be given to those who can participate in the internship for at least 3 months.Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist users with system navigation, software installations, and basic IT tasks.
- Create and update documentation for common IT procedures and troubleshooting solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address and resolve technical issues.
- Adhere to IT security policies and protocols to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support project goals and team objectives.
Required:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.
Compensation Range:
$44,767.00 - $59,689.00
