As the Subscriber Development Lead, you will facilitate the onboarding of new customers to the NIWC CSSP service offering. You will coordinate initial discovery of new customers and work closely with the NIWC Civilians to schedule onboarding steps. You will develop and maintain an onboarding checklist for each new subscriber to ensure effective and efficient onboarding. You will work across the CSSP program to coordinate onboarding actions (e.g. Engineering, Operations, Administration, Leadership). You will ensure the subscriber is informed of the CSSP service model and assist the subscriber in selecting the appropriate services for their enterprise. You will effectively communicate issues/concerns/blockers to CSSP Leadership. 
Position Requirements and Duties 
• Work collaboratively with the CSSP to drive subscriber onboarding 
• Maintain positive relationships with potential subscribers 
• Develop, maintain, modify subscriber onboarding processes and procedures
• Maintain a technical foundation of knowledge, understanding basic computer networking and processes 
• Comprehend and comply with subscriber onboarding and compliance standards 
Minimum Qualifications
• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in addition to 5 years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications 
• Basic knowledge hardware, protocols, and how networks operate
• Basic knowledge or IP management and sub-netting
• Ability to work across multiple tools/interfaces to effectively onboard subscribers 
Required Certifications
• IAM and CSSP Compliant Certifications
