The Opportunity
The Network Lead is leading the subregional Supply Chain and oversees supply chain strategy and operations to ensure sub regional and global alignment. You provide ongoing guidance, coaching and consultation to affiliate supply chain functions and teams, including cascading global and regional supply chain strategies, metrics, systems, standards and other tools and resources. You are a strategic thinker with an excellent business acumen who can leverage this deep understanding of Supply Chain to guide decision-making, provide analytical insight and business judgment to support strategic and tactical initiatives across the network.

Strategy & Innovation:

Enable the supply chain leads across the network to deliver on financials and strategy and responsible for delivering on Supply Chain KPIs for the Network e.g. Inventories, write offs and distribution costs.

Represent the Sub-Region at the EMEA-Latam SC Leadership Team.

Accountable to develop the supply chain strategy for the network in close collaboration with Regional/Global supply chain and other networks and represent the Sub-Region at the EMEA-Latam SC Leadership Team.

Accountable for leading the implementation and delivering the EMEA LATAM strategic focus areas in the network.

Accountable and responsible for the affiliates’ needs and fuel the EMEA LATAM strategic pipeline to boost Supply Chain as a competitive edge.

Identify opportunities and needs within the network. Drive the network’s talent pipeline to fuel the regional talent pool and development. Coach and provide feedback to our Affiliates SC Managers aimed at people growth and development.

Lead and own key capabilities across the network to contribute to the success of the EMEA-LATAM strategic priorities.
Operations:

Ensure operational excellence and sustainability, lead and drive the implementation of continuous improvement within the network and across the EMEA LATAM Supply Chain (Order Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Warehousing & Distribution, etc.).

Identify and co-lead the design and implementation of Supply Chain related improvements within the EMEA LATAM SC framework to elevate customer experience.

Act as the link for the region to key stakeholders e.g. Global Supply Chain, EMEA LATAM, Business Process Management, etc. and programs to deliver a superior customer experience, whilst continuously optimizing the operation and guaranteeing business continuity.

Responsible for delivering key performance deliverables such as inventory levels, distribution costs, write offs are achieved within the network.
Who you are:
To be successful in this application, the new sub-region Supply Chain Network Lead will have a minimum 10 years of Supply Chain experience, with 5-8 years experience in a leadership position; you bring a University Degree/MBA and a proven record of ensuring Supply Chain governance and a strong network with the internal and external Supply Chain communities.
