The Role:

Lendlease’s Construction business is seeking a highly experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our dynamic national team. Based in our head office and reporting to the Submissions Manager, Metros and Major Projects, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating the production and delivery of tender submissions, presentations and proposals and collateral relating to submissions. You will be a part of a collaborative team and where required, will work to support deliverables on large submissions where multiple coordinators are needed.
 

About you:

You will be a driven, confident individual with strong writing, communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills who understands the opportunities and obligations of working in a high pressure, timeline driven business within a large organisation.
Your previous professional experience will showcase your ability to thrive in a fast paced, outcome focussed, collaborative environment, with likeminded client service focused individuals, with an above and beyond attitude. The role requires some interstate travel within a flexible working environment.

Your recent professional experience will demonstrate capability against the following key selection criteria:

  • Previous working knowledge and understanding of a submissions environment

  • A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional results

  • Advanced skills in InDesign and Word, and knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office products

  • Advanced written and verbal English language skills

  • Advanced ability to successfully manage multiple competing deadlines, effectively prioritising work items

  • Ability to provide support above and beyond the everyday role

  • Graphic design experience advantageous.
