You consult business for their day-to-day operations and provide 2nd level support for enterprise applications used in the Realization Process / E2E Process Order To Cash

Working closely with the Solution Architect, you evaluate, implement and test technical solutions according to the business, process and technical requirements

You configure and customize Kardex’s enterprise applications, therefore secure smooth processes and increase our overall efficiency

Ensuring 3rd level support provided by our implementation partner are also part of your daily business as our local contact for all Enterprise Applications topics used in the Realization / O2C Process
Your profile
-
Multiple years practical professional experience with ERP systems in international environment
-
You are experienced in customizing and working with SAP ECC and S4/HANA, ideally with the modules PP, MM and/or SD
-
You have basic know how in Realization Processes / plan to deliver

Good analytical skills and a distinct structured approach

Requirements planning: Determining the demand for materials and components on the basis of sales and production orders and forecasts

Production planning: Planning and control of production for optimal capacity utilization

Capacity planning: Monitoring machine and resource capacities to avoid bottlenecks

Quality management: Integration of quality checks into the production process to ensure product quality
-
Reporting and troubleshooting: Creating reports on production performance and identifying and resolving problems in the production process

English proficiency is a must, German proficiency is a bonus
