YOUR MISSION
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day Studio Operations that includes shoot planning with the photography team, coordinating with Image editing & QC team & shoot operations.

Coordinate with multiple category teams and merchandisers in sample handoffs to ensure sample availability for shoots.

Making sure all samples and products are labelled and shot and passed to post-production on time.

Planning and overseeing the flow of products through all stages of the studio workflow.

Responsible for - Listing Turn-around-Time, Productivity, Continuous Process Improvements, Content Quality & Shoot inventory tracking.

Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality catalogue images and videos as per brand guidelines.

Plan with photography team, weekly and daily studio schedules to meet upload capacity each week, including special projects.

Identifying gaps in the system and optimizing turnaround time.

Manage a stock associate, who is responsible for managing inventory for shoots.

Responsible for overseeing the correct tagging of images.
-
Liaise with editing agencies and be the first point of contact for outsourced work.

A team leader with excellent communication, presentation capabilities.
-
Excellent organizational skills, naturally juggling multiple tasks at any one time. Experience managing a high volume of work.
YOUR TALENT
